Rollbook Studio Management — End User License Agreement

Rollbook Studio Management (“the Software”) is proprietary software operated by School of Dance and Music (“SDM”) exclusively for SDM’s internal business operations. The Software is not licensed, distributed, or sold to third parties.

The Software connects to QuickBooks Online only when authorized by the QuickBooks company owner, and reads monthly financial summary data solely for SDM’s internal reporting and business metrics. Financial data is stored on SDM’s private servers, is never sold or shared with third parties, and access credentials are stored encrypted. The QuickBooks connection may be revoked by the company owner at any time from their Intuit account settings.
