Disneyland Parade
On April 19 2025, School of Dance & Music dancers* will participate in Dance the Dream™, a parade performance down Main Street in Disneyland®!
*LAST CHANCE TO REGISTER: Dec 1, 2024 (hard deadline). Open to dancers 7yrs – 12yrs (age by parade date).
– 13 In-Studio Parade Choreography classes – rehearsals begin Saturday Jan 18th – Apr 12th from 12:45-1:30pm PCH
– 1 Day / 1Park Entrance Ticket for Dancer (park upgrade options available)
-Dance the Dream Holiday Spectacular Parade Performance down Main Street, U.S.A.® at Disneyland® Park
-Original Dance the Dream Parade choreography (given to us)
-Parade Dress Rehearsal at the Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel – Day of Parade
-Magical Morning Treats to kick off the day with some Disney magic.(OJ, Muffins etc.)

Don’t forget to order your discounted Disneyland®
All Parade Dancers must be 7 years old (by the parade date) for the parade performance at Disneyland® Park. This is a Disneyland® policy and we are unable to make any exceptions.
To ensure a Magical Performance, all dancers must be enrolled in the Parade Rehearsal class (dates above). Tuition is already built into the price. Parade Rehearsal will be offered on Saturdays at the PCH location. Dancers may not miss more than 4 classes to participate in the parade.
All Parade Dancers must purchase a Performer Package through Dance the Dream. This ticket includes access to Dress Rehearsal at the Grand Californian, Magical Morning Treats and backstage access in the Disneyland Park. However, your Guests may use their Magic Key. (Note to parents- there have been instances where reservations were not available for the parents of participating dancers so please plan carefully if you will be getting tickets on your own.)
We will take care of that for you! All Dancer Packages and Guest Tickets purchased through Dance the Dream will automatically receive confirmed Park Pass Reservations with their ticket.

– Your reservation will be for the parade date , You may park hop after 1PM.
It never rains in California! We will do our best to delay the parade and we will perform in light rain. However, in the case of severe weather the Parade will be canceled. If we are forced to cancel due to weather there are no refunds.
No cancellations will be accepted after June 1st 2024. Cancellations received after this date will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Disney will release our Parade time approximately 10 days prior to our performance. At that time a specific timeline for check in, check out and Parade details will be released to you.
Female dancers will purchase the all white Keds Champion canvas sneaker. Male dancers may purchase any all black sneaker with no visible logo. Girl dancers will also be required to have the crystal competition earring.
For anyone staying overnight, dancers from out of town will be staying at the Majestic Garden (please let us know if you are interested in more info about staying overnight.
The day of rehearsal, parents will drop off at a particular location and “check in” their dancer. Here they will have a last 2 hour rehearsal for the parade and then brought back stage at Disneyland all with our staff. The parade lasts about 20-30 minutes. After the parade the dancers will be “checked out” at the same spot that they were checked in. An example of a the day would be check in between 7-8am rehearsal from 8-10am parade at 11:30 -12pm and then the rest of the day may be spent at Disneyland. However it will depend on the parade time that we will receive from Disneyland 10 days prior. The parade routes usually start at Small Word.
