- Background Checked – All desk Staff, Music Teachers, & Dance Teachers are background checked.
- CPR Certified – Our desk staff & dance teachers are CPR certified.
- Observation Windows – Our dance and music rooms have observation windows!
- Positive Role Models – Positive role models in body image, language, and behavior.
- Age appropriate – Committed to age appropriate artistic choices in music and movement.
- Social Media– Healthy & safe social media practices by staff being trained on how to safely use social media.
- Security – Installed security cameras in the hallways at both locations
- Bathroom Checks – Devices routinely used in bathroom facilities for safety.
- Hired Security– When classes are held in late hours.
- Student Only Bathrooms – We have dedicated “Student Only” bathrooms similar to our school systems.
- Security Seal Tape – On Are installed on ceiling vents to increase tamper detection.
- Anonymous Reporting Plaques – Plaques are provided in waiting area with QR code to a web-form to give families a voice to easily help assist us in maintaining a safe environment and to report any “suspicious” behavior
- Ring Camera Door Bell System– Outside, at each location, one of the doors utilize a video doorbell system when there are only private lessons scheduled and no one is at the front desk (front doors are locked).
- Counseling Resources – Ones most beneficial to our community regarding everything from nutrition to emotional and mental support
- Safety Classes– Our teachers and staff take a class on noticing the unusual.
